1/12th Scale Perfect Miniatures Dolls House Shop by Peter Jonathan Hunt 1997

A 1/12th scale 1997 Perfect Miniatures (Peter Jonathan Hunt) 3-storey dolls house, with a shop forming the ground floor, overall in very good condition, requiring only minor cosmetic work, apart from the newel post is missing on the top floor banister rail and the banister rail on the middle floor requiring re-attaching. Measures approximately 38" high (including the chimneys), with base measuring approximately 15" wide by 14.5 deep. Due to the weight and size of the house, plus the glazing being made from glass, collection only from Hayes, Middlesex. Please see photographs for condition, as they form part of the description.
